    How many calories should i be eating a day to cut?

    So my training has taken a slump so i know i need to be eating less to cut.

    I weigh 83kg, 5'10, 17

    i need to cut weight

    my training has taken a slump so right now i'm doing slow 40 min jogs 3 days a week, ab workout two days a week and boxing 6 days a week (3-4 of those are hard 40 minute days at most, 3 min rounds 30 seconds rest between going flat out, the other 3-2 days are just technique work and some skipping so my heart rate doesn't get too high)

    on Tuesdays i fast till about 4 then i'll have a cheat meal of about 3000 calories (keep in mind i'm not exercising that day)

    Considering the stats and the amount of exercise i do, what would be the appropriate amount of calories per day for a reasonable cut.
