    I don't know what to do.

    Some back story from 13 to around 19 I weight 180lbs consistently. I use to do martial arts but when I moved out to go to school I ate alot of fast food and now at 28 i weight 240. I deal with major depression and anxiety so I lost interest in caring for my self for a long time. I am disgusted in myself and need help lossing weight and eventually bulking as I am trying to be a firefighter. I have no support around me and am trying to push through on my own.

    My main issues are multiple injuries to ankle and pain in knees and back most likely due to the weight. Also I can only workout at home but i do have dumbbells a kettle bell and a sandbag backpack.

    I honestly don't know where to start or how to start. I'm unsure of how and what to eat as I have always just ate whatever.

    Any help is much appreciated even if it's just resources to go look at.
