    Looking for Advice

    Hi everyone

    I recently lost 62 pounds and now weigh 483 pounds. This was done through diet, although it does need tweaking.

    I want to start working out, but the gyms are closed. So I'm going to buy equipment. I'm going to walk too, and I can squat, just want to add more variety.

    What do you think? Kettle Bell, TRX, Bands, Med Ball, Slam Ball, Sandbags, other?

    At your size you should avoid any cardio that could stress your joints (running, jumping Etc) and stick to walking and other low impact forms of exercise until you get down closer to 200 pounds.

    ~Any~ type of resistance training and equipment would help but at over 400 pounds, simple body weight exercises will also stress your skeletal muscle tissue and should be something to consider at first.
