    Exclamation Prediabetic & family health

So I have a long family history of diabetes, high Cholesterol, amongst other things. I’m looking for some nutrition advice or advice where I should look. To help avoid going down the same path as much of my family. Any recommendations, resources, and advice is greatly appreciated
