Pls help, I have stubborn back pain that isn't going away

I am 17 years old, About 4 months ago I hurt my back doing an incline bench press, I am definitely more adapt to flat benching (My max is 315 btw) and I hardly ever do incline, So I will be the first to admit that I had incorrect form and I was arching my back on an incline bench, which at the time I didn't know I wasn't supposed to do. My back is still tight 5 months later, all of the stretching and physical activity I do does help temporarily loosen it up but If I take a short break from stretching it keeps coming back, it is getting better, I can now comfortably get my socks on in the morning without much pain, But I can't deadlift because my lumbar area becomes fatigued super quick, I used to be able to deadlift 225lbs for 25 reps without bouncing on the floor with no issue, now I can barely get 8 reps. I want my back pain to be completely gone and back to normal by the time I can workout in the gym again, Any advice is appreciated.

If it's soreness, that's one thing. But back pain is something you need to see a professional about. 17 is a good age to start an active life, not to end it.
I can tell time. Time cannot tell me.
