    Hit a wall, Halp!!

    I have been working on my weight loss journey for a year and 2 months. Since that time I have lost between 20-25 lbs. I started @ 225 and in the last couple of months I have been fighting between 200 and 195. I'm trying to get out of the 200s and started working out on a spin bike in March. I weigh myself once a month and workout 3 times a week. I'm a 41 year old female with some nerve damage that can and does interfere with my workouts. I keep pressing on. I lost the first amount of weight by cutting all my portions in half. This back and forth makes me want to give up. I don't want all the pain back that I got away from, I want to get away from nerve damage. Please help!
