    Question Continue Body Recomp, cut, or bulk?

    Hi all! I’ve been doing a body recomp/very low bulk for 6 weeks now with a very slight caloric surplus. I don’t know whether to continue doing this or start cutting or gaining. I’m 5’9” about 167 pounds. I’ve never trained for this long before. Any advice moving forward would be great!

    Yeah, you could carry on doing that. As long as you keep getting stronger (more reps with the same weight - or more weight), it's all good.
