It’s really just personal preference man. As long as you are hitting your macros, micros, and your calorie goal, go for it. We can’t really tell you if it is good or not, it’s just mainly if it works for YOU.

Although l, it wouldn’t hurt to lower the protein down a bit and add more to fats. If you’re 182lbs, there’s no need to eat 253g of protein. But that’s just a suggestion.

    Talking

Bro yu mentioned being on manual job and considering yu have very high metabolism on 12.5 percent BF. I would suggest yu to up those carbs like keep ratio of carbs and protein 2:1. I would suggest 400 g carbs per day and keep fat and protein the same.

That doesn't make sense bro. There's no ideal ratio of carbs to protein. Protein needs to be set based on body weight or lean mass.

    It's explained here: https://igoodies.000webhostapp.com/?viagra=showt...3439001&page=1

Hey. Each diet should be influenced by the health condition. So I advise you to talk to a doctor.
Often we do not listen to doctors and we get a lot of problems ..... Do not make my mistakes.
    Good luck!
