    i don't get sore at all anymore.

    i'm 185cm 90kg, i've been working out for around 2 years now (1.5years taking it seriously) i went from 67kg to 90kg during this time.

    however i stopped getting sore, no matter how hard i push myself. squats don't make me sore, neither do deadlifts,shoulder press, curls, etc etc. where as before they did so much.


    is this a sign that i'm not growing muscle anymore? if i don't do heavy weights for a week and comeback i'll get sore, but only for 1-2 workouts.

    i train between 6-8 reps for deadlifts and squats like i've always done.

    i only get sore with new exercises, i added a tricep isolation exercise the other month, i was very sore for 2 workouts, and then it stopped. why?
