    Is Cutting During Coronavirus a bad Idea?

    Hello Peeps,
    All the videos we see online these days refer to maintaining muscle mass during gym closures, but nobody really mentions what to do if we want to burn some fat and not wither away.

    I was bulking all winter and now I want to burn some fat and improve my fitness as I am about 180 LBS at 15% fat and want to go down to 10%.
    I only have a pair of Dumbbells which are 33LBS each or (15kg) and some resistance bands a light and a heavy one.

    I want to do this within 6-8 weeks. Following a Push Pull Legs x2 times a week plus, running 3 times a week and walking 1 hour every non-running day. I added all this cardio because I have an active job, but now very sedentary due to the quarantine.

    For running I follow the couch to 5K workout.

    I don't mind losing a little muscle given the circumstances. Do you think this is possible without major muscle loss?

    If you get sick it'll definitely hit you harder. You'll probably survive anyway so weigh the pros and cons yourself
