    Exclamation Meal plan PLEASE HELP

I wanna make a meal plan for losing weight, there are alot of sites that calculates your needed calories and macros, which one should I use? And I hit the gym 4 times a week and I started doing weight lifting, how does this affect my needed calories? How do I calculate all of this? And how do I make sure I eat the calories specifically and how to track macros exactly, Please help
And what are your thoughts on intermittent fasting?

    https://www.damnripped.com/tdee-calculator/

I've found this online calculator to be accurate within 100 calories for your TDEE, just make sure you're honest with it.

The best way to make sure you consistently lose weight is to get a food scale($15-$20 on amazon) and weigh absolutely everything you intake.

MyfitnessPal is a great app for tracking what you eat and your macros throughout the day. Pretty convenient since everyone carries a phone now.

You don't need to fast to lose weight, personally I don't understand how anyone can work a job on an empty stomach. I'd pass out. No thanks.
We're all in this together; trust the process and never quit
