Pump Sets After High Carb Dinner Before Bed?

Do you think doing some pump sets for different muscle groups between high carb dinner and going to sleep will direct more of the carbs into the muscle rather than turn to fat?

Nope. You'll top up any glycogen you burn doing the pump sets but the extra will still go to storage. The amount burned doing the pump sets will likely be insignificant in the big picture.

Id there an average formula or standard from which someone can estimate the total amount of muscle carbs storage in grams say if you were going from 3 days of no carbs , so pretty flat and depleted to being topped off, depending on your lean mass?

Not that I'm aware of and there are a lot of variables that would be very difficult if not impossible to control to determine such a formula. I can't imagine it having a very significant impact on weightloss/gain though. I can definitely see it causing a headache, overthinking and majoring in the minors problems though.
