    Lower chest sagging

Hi all, I am having issue of softer / sagging lower chest. It looks good and firm for a few days after workout but if I dont hit the chest for a week it start loosing muscle firmness. I reduced about 10 lbs of body weight to reduce overall body fat and already at 155 lbs. I dont want to reduce it any further.

Any idea what should fix it ? I try to hit chest from all angles with slower and heavier reps. It feels good for 1-2 days but then it looses the firmness. My protein is 100gms everyday but I was running at a calorie deficit to shed few pounds.

Also, my belly looked ripped and showing few packs but waist line is same even after loosing 10 lbs.

Try a good program that works out each muscle group >1x/week, plus I'd guess you haven't been working out long enough to see significant muscle development that would change the situation - prob not just a lower chest issue.

Post pics, your routine and info about your experience level if you want specific feedback.

Really you need to add muscle to your chest plain and simple.
Of course focusing on lower and outer areas can help but we can't isolate completely only direct some stress to the target area so other area of the chest will get worked also.
I like bar dips elbows out chin to the chest for the area your after.
Diet will help but if you don't have enough muscle your skin will be loose.
Make chest a priority for yourself maybe train it more frequently.
