    Need to lower body fat %

    I used to be really skinny compared to now, I weighed around 135 at 5’10 and I was 14 years old (I was a pretty low body fat too) I did a little lifting here and there but didn’t start taking it seriously until September ( start weight was around 150 and 6’1) and went on a massive bulk to suppress my fast metabolism and I got a body fat scan for 14.2% which is higher than I would like but I weighed 175 and added visible size that I do get compliments from. Now I’m trying to lose the weight and I figured to ask for some detailed nutrition advice. My goal is to get to 10% body fat by mid May.
    So I came up with a nutrition plan sorta but I don’t think it’s that great
    (I just started doing intermittent fasting and don’t have any problems handling it and doesn’t have effect on my gym performance I believe)

    I eat around 2200 calories total estimate
    Excluding dinner I eat 144.55 protein, 139.51 carbs, 94.7 fat totaling 1916 calories. And then I eat steak or some type of meat depending on my parents around 20-25g of protein. Should I continue this or make adjustments?
    I’m going to start doing hiit 3 times a week and my workout program is basically all of athlean x’s perfect workouts put into 3 days except for legs I just do squats and hip thrusts because the back workout has deadlift in it.

    (chest and triceps / legs back and shoulders / biceps)
    and then repeat leaving a 1 day rest. I’ve done this for around two weeks and I don’t sense any overtraining I believe and it feels good, other an my bench is a lot slower going up, my lower body is going up nicely instead. Id be grateful for any tips or recommendations

    i'd get on a "real" program. also not sure if it's worth cutting so hard when you're only 18(?)
