    First successful bulk - What now?

    After starving myself the last 3 years for wrestling, I have finally been able to make some solid gains. Went from 172 lbs to 181lbs in 3 months at 6' 1" eating ~3000cal a day.

    Lifts:

    Deadlift: 250x1 -> 315x5
    Squat: 225x5 -> 265x5
    Bench: 135x4 -> 170x8
    Row: 135x5 -> 170x8
    OHP: 75x8 -> 100x8
    Pullup 10 reps BW -> 5 reps + 35lbs
    Pushups: 50 in 2 mins -> 60 in 2 mins

    I want to keep training and eating but I report to basic training this summer and I want to max the new ACFT. I would like to get better at calisthenics movements pullups, dips, and pushups as well as improve my run times while training but 4 of my lifts are stalling and that means I need to eat more (I think). Could I get to 20 pullups and 100 pushups (in 2 mins) without having to lose weight/go down to 10-12% bodyfat. Would I be better off very lean for basic/RASP? Should I cut for a bit before and then eat at maintenance/surplus while I maintain my lifts when I start a training program for the ACFT?

    Passing the ACFT is easy.

    Maxing the ACFT? Good ****ing luck.

    Honestly, an upper/lower or push/pull program will have you in shape for the strength events in the ACFT. Run on your off days.

    I would honestly continue to gain weight, because you'll likely lose a lot of weight in basic. When I went to basic in 2015 I could squat 405. When I came home I could only squat 135x10. I lost about 15 lbs body weight.
