Cool Okay to do Upper only while sprained ankle heals?

I had started Fierce 5 Intermediate a week ago, and due to an dumb moment (unrelated to the gym), I sprained my ankle. May seem like a silly question, but am I alright to still do Upper on Mondays and Tuesdays?

    Thanks.

If you mean do Upper days as scheduled while skipping Lower days, yes.

If by "Upper on Mondays & Tuesdays" you mean you're going to do Upper 4x/week by replacing the Lower days with Uppers, no.

It's fine while your ankle heals but don't make a habit out of it. I find that when I shortcut my lower body workouts it only takes 2-3 weeks for my upper body workouts to stall.
