Question Need advice on my current calorie intake

Hey guys, just thought I would make a quick post on here because i'm curious if i'm eating enough food or not to cut down the body fat.

    Current total calories: 2000

Male, 6'1, 220lbs, 21% bf, been lifting on and off for like 4 years, 220g protein, 175g carb and 50g fat. My BMR is 2000 or 2300 cal (2 websites gave different numbers) and maintenance is 3000. Also following a push pull upper lower legs workout plan 5-6 times a week. This include 3-4 cardio sessions at 400 calories. One thing i'm lacking are my micro nutrients, typically everyday I eat oats/protein in the morning, my final 3 meals are chicken/rice, tuna/rice and some peanut butter in there. So not a lot of veg at all...

From all the information I've provided, can someone advise me if I need to be eating more or less calories, how important are the micro nutrients i'm missing out on for cutting and when should I start adding hit cardio sessions in along with refeed days?

Any advice is much appreciated, thanks!
