    Resistance Bands?

Opinion on resistance band workouts? How they engage the muscle and whether or not they are worth taking the time to focus on?

They can be useful if you can’t get to a gym, you travel a lot or are a breast milk drinking newb. If you go that route spend the money and get Bodylastics bands. They have carabiners on both ends, they are color coded by weight and the company makes all sorts of accessories like handles, curls bars, ankle straps, etc etc

I have 2 of their bands and it will probably outlast me

depends what you plan on using them for but the great thing is that they are very versatile

can do face pulls, band pull-aparts, lateral raises, etc. you can use them on machines to de-load or overload a certain part of the exercise and ofc can be used on freeweights. Can really teach you to grind and accelerate at parts of a movement you are weak at.

Two of those bands, a colander, some bait and a little bit of engineering make a great squirrel launcher.
