Smile Keto diet, which plan is best for fat loss

Just recently returning to BB.com after a long hiatus. I have been following a lazy keto diet which is
high protein med fat, low carb... measuring my macros and weighing my food and what not. After doing a great deal of research i found their to be other forms of the keto diet. My workout plan is good and designed specific for me by master trainer. But .. I am serious about starting strict keto and not sure which macro break down is best for fat loss and will give me the best results with 8 months being my target to hit my goals. Does anyone have some insight?

Currently my macros are as follows 129 - 77 - 20 protein- fat -carb

there is no advantage to. KETO diet. Fatloss comes from a consistent weekly calorie deficit over time. What exactly is the program per the “master trainer”
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough

Is this the "lazy keto" that you've been eating and are presumably adapted to, or is this the "strict keto" that you are looking to do from here on out? Are you losing weight on this macro skew?

first, given your name i assume you would be USMC so thank you for your service. I did lazy keto with a loss of 35 lbs , which some has creeped back on due to not measure and tracking cause I thought i knew it all and was wise to the keto way... Clearly not, I would like to follow strict keto, no cheats I would prefer to stay away from the sweet fat bombs as I know it will lead to my old habits. I am confused as to the macros though, and not sure
which macros to follow to achieve my goals.

Well, there is alot of literature on the Keto diet and I am aware that a calorie deficit and working out go hand in
hand. My program is not in question, it is solid. Im more concerned with figuring out the correct macros

Understand that simply eliminating processed carbs will get you what you want with a macro split of around .8 g of P per lb and the remainder of your calorie budget of a personal preference of carbs and fats
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough

Definitely read through the keto forum stickies via rhadam's post ^^^.

I'm not a keto expert, but the macro split of 129-77-20 sounds a bit too extreme to me. Not only are the carbs very low (6%), but your overall calories are extremely low too (1300). A few hundred more calories would make it a lot more sustainable IMO. I also think you could do just as well on the lazy keto that worked before (with the new knowledge that you have to tackle those bad habits). That being said, only you can decide what is sustainable.

Master Trainer is that a GoodLife thing or an LA Fitness thing?I don't remember. Either way its probably worth posting for second opinions as they tend to be, well, certainly not "solid." As someone who frequents both of those chains I could produce a laundry list of problems with what I see their trainers doing.
