    Lateral head on dominant side way smaller

    Hey guys

    Something’s been bothering me about my arms; the head on your tricep that makes your arm look thicker from the front ( I think it’s the lateral one) is much smaller on my right side than my left side. Even When I do pushing/pressing exercises I am unable to pump Just this head only on my right side.

    This is even more strange since in all other areas my right side is slightly stronger than my left.

    Do you guys know if it is possible to get a mind muscle connection to this area so I can consciously work it? Bc right now it looks like I have never exercised it in my life while my left side is fine.

    skullcrushers(dumbbell and barbell/EZ bar), tricep pulldowns(opposite grip as pushdowns, palms facing up and gripping the bar from underneath), tricep pulldowns(gripping the side of a rope rather than a cable bar), close grip bench(the closer your grip the more your triceps are activated)

    dumbbell skullcrushers might be a good start since you say one of your lateral heads is underdeveloped, maybe just start doing skullcrushers with a lower weight on that arm specifically until you feel it's on an equal playing field with your other arm. good luck
