    Hockey workout

    It’s really hard for me to commit to a 3x a week every other day routine like SS or 5x5.

    I play hockey twice a week. Other than that I’d like to do 1 day a week of HIIT and 2 days a week of resistance training. No idea what type routine to do though.

    Any assistance would be great.
