    Talking TSN PRE-JAKKED Extreme Pre-Workout does it get you JAKKED for your workout?



    Huge thanks to Top Shelf Nut for sending me out a tub of their PW to try out
    and of course give a honest review. After using this PW a few times this is my
    review but before I get into it let me just say this is a stimulant based PW so no
    pump ingredients are included and there is nothing on the label that states it will
    give you a pump so anyone interested in this PW just add your bulk pump ingredients
    which I've always mentioned that everyone should have on hand. There are a good
    number of stimulant based pre's on the market so having your basic pump ingredients
    on hand such as citrulline and glycerol will help with that pump when utilizing one of
    these stimulant based pre's.

    Ingredients 11gm scoop weighed out which is the dosage

    Vitamin B12 10mg
    Vitamin B6 40mg
    Niacin 75mg
    L-Lysine 100mg
    L-Carnitine 100mg
    Narnigin 98% 25mg
    Beta Analine 3500mg
    L-Theanine 50mg (This is the right amount pre's should have NOT 200mg or more )
    Green Tea Extract 50mg
    Green Coffee Bean 10mg
    L-Tyrosine 500mg
    Choline Bitartrate 500mg
    Caffeine Anhydrous 350mg
    Isoproylnorsynephrine 40mg
    Lion's Mane- 400mg
    DMHA- 100mg
    Eria Jarensis- 200mg
    Alpha Yohimbine- 1mg
    Huperzine A .8mg

    I took the liberty of listing ALL the ingredients in the profile because there was a misprint issue
    with the label and the label states 100mg of DMAA which in fact there is NO DMAA in this product
    but it has 100mg of DMHA which in my opinion from previous experience pairs very nicely with the
    200mg of Eris Jarensis. Another issue with the label was the order which the ingredients are listed
    weren't correct so I listed them the way it should have read on the label also the weight of the
    scoop wasn't listed but I found out the weight is 11gm from a prepacked sample someone else
    reviewed so 11gm weighed out is the correct dosage. The owner of the co. knows theses issues
    and from what I've heard they have already been addressed on the next production. I just wanted
    to inform everyone so they now know what the label should look like.

    Mix Ability- I mixed this in a shaker cup and you get a little foam which settled very quickly
    and there was really no sediment or particles so it mixed VERY WELL!

    Taste- The flavor is Strawberry Stunner and it has no artificial colors so it mixed up a pale off
    white color and the flavor in 10oz of water comes through with a light strawberry flavor followed
    by a almost banana flavor so it's unique to say the least. I found it to be pretty good but if you
    go with more water which I personally like in my pre's such as 16oz or more the flavor gets a bit
    too watered down so less water brings out the flavor more cause it's not overly sweet or flavored.

    Energy/Focus/Mood/- I train first thing in the very early a.m. and as I've mentioned in other reviews
    I don't consume caffeine or any type of stimulants any other time of the day except for my PW in the
    early a.m. so I like extreme energy, focus, and I don't mind some mood elevation cause after I train I
    usually go to work or if I'm off my day is ALWAYS very busy so again I like mood elevation.

    This is a PW that won't slap you in the face after consuming it and about 25-30min later you'll feel
    the energy creep up on you as you finish warming up then once your ready to go the full energy effects
    and focus take over and you'll notice you move through sets much faster and you start slapping more
    plates onto the bar. The mood elevation builds as you work from sets to set and the mood gets even
    better as you not only hit your weights that you had planned but you see either more weight added
    or your able to pull or push more reps. I've used this on two back workouts and two leg workouts and
    all 4 workouts have been GREAT and honestly I wouldn't waste a PW like this on small body parts like
    chest,shoulders, or arms cause for those body parts in my opinion the kind of energy and focus that
    you get from Pre-Jakked is more suited for big heavy workouts where you need to get through some
    grueling sets.

    Overall- 9/10- This has a bit of a strange profile with the many ingredients and some of the dosages
    but for me the the ingredient profile really came together to deliver what I want from a PW which is
    a high level of energy/focus/mood and the stamina you get are from the combination of stimulants in
    this profile that I feel really come together to give a real positive effect that helped me have a very
    good workout each time I've used it. A couple things I noticed was that though this has 75mg of Niacin
    I didn't feel much of a flushing effect, the beta analine which I've mentioned before in other preworkouts
    never gives me any tingles, the alpha yohimbine felt just right without feeling overly stimulated and I
    noticed no stomach issues or energy crash later in the day.

    I mentioned adding your own pump ingredients and this is what I added 6gm citrulline malate
    and 2gm of glycerol and pumps were fantastic on back day and on leg day I only use the CM
    cause I like that extra blood flow in my legs while training especially in my creaky knees.

    This is the type of pump ingredients I feel everyone should have on hand so you can experience
    some of these stimulant based pre's that are on the market and most of them deliver better in
    the energy/focus/mood dept that some of these heavy pump ingredient pre's that are utilizing
    boatloads of L-Theanine and claiming they have a high stimulant PW.

    IYO would this be good for someone like myself who has issues with some pre workouts? I know you recommended some but wondering if this should be on my list as well.

    Conventional pre's don't seem to do it for you except for C4 Ultimate which has 1gm of alpha Y
    so that's the reason you feel it good but if you look at this PW profile it has DMHA, Eria Jarensis,
    alpha Y and 350mg of caffeine so YES should work for you and it has 50mg of L-Theanine which
    is a legit dosage that WON'T blunt the stimulant effects.
