    Weekly vs Bi-Weekly Training Program

    Is there anyone on here that trains on a bi-weekly training plan?

    If so, how do you feel doing it?

    Would you say it's beneficial or unnesscary?

    Is changing your weekly programme every few months a better alternative or is it really not that important.
    Personal Records (1 RM)
    Bench: 95KG.
    Deadlift: 150KG.
    Squat: 140KG.
    Overhead Press 60KG.

    Goal by end of the Year (1RM)
    Bench: 110KG.
    Deadlift: 180KG.
    Squat: 175KG.
    Push Press: 75KG.
