    Question Upper/lower split help

    Hello BB community!

I am going to try and keep this short so its quick to read. So this is my upper/lower split workout and i would like some input on making it better... Any input will be greatly appreciated, volume, frequency... too much, too little etc.,

My goal is hypertrophy, I just want to put on some muscle mass,

All exercises are around 40 second TUT

Rest between sets is 60 seconds, squats & deadlifts 120 sec rest, and 90 seconds for the leg press...

The way i will be training is - upper / off / lower / off / upper / off/ lower /off & repeat, training muscle groups 2 times per week, once every 4th day.

    This is the routine:

    Lower: Number of Sets
    Squats 3
    Leg Press 2
    Leg Extention 2
    Leg Curl 3
    Calf Rises 3

    Upper: Number of Sets
    Deadlifts 3
    Wide Grip Pull Down 2
    Reverse Grip Pull Down 2
Close Grip One Arm Row 2
    Back Extensions 2
    Flat Bench 2
    Incline Bench 2
    Decline Bench 2
    Military Press 3
    Lateral Rises 2
    Rope pushdown 2
    dumbell bicep curls 2
    Facepulls 2

I would say scrap the TUT bs and designated rest periods and opt for touching new weights as often as possible.
Also that’s way too much volume if you were to do what I recommend. It’d be 1 or 2 sets for most and then 3 sets for like squats
