    Unhappy ineed help iwell losing my mine

    hello
    every one
    i have problem and im sure i well find Solution her

    i am 33 yers old im training more than 12 years but the result still not what i want
    i have belly fat thisis my main problem

    iam training 6 day in week
    - chest and bicps
    -back and triceps
    -shoulder and traps
    rest
    agin same thing

    my nutrition plan is :

    meal 1: 4 white egg and 1Whole egg + 40g oats
    meal 2: protine sheak
    meal 3: 100g chicken breast or beef +100g white rice or 100g potato
    meal 4: banana after workout
    meal 5: 100g chicken breast or beef +100g white rice or 100g potato
    meal 6: 100g chicken breast or beef +100g white rice or 100g potato

    i am on this plan 3 month losing just 4 kg

    did i make mistik or ihave something wrong in my body
    this is some picture for me

    please help me

    You don't need 6 meals, you don't need to eat the same boring stuff all the time

    But you do need to track calories and protein grams at the very least. I didn't see you mention these - you probably need to work them out so that you can make adjustments.

    But it seems to be working, >1kg a month is fine. If you want to go a little faster, remove some of the calories.

    Eat some fruit and vegetables too...

    Watch calories!

    Your eating too much. Try eating half of what you eat now , and throw some protein pancakes in there man they are game changers. Simple formulas man , You want to get bigger , lift bigger weights. You want to lose weight , eat less food lol
