    Lean Bulk Help

    I'm planning on lean bulking soon and wanted to know everything so I get it right the first time.

    I will increase my calories to accurately find my maintenance for a month & once I find it I will eat at a +200/300 surplus. Will probs be 2600-2700Kcal.

    1) How much weight should I gain each week for minimal fat gain? and how much of that will be muscle and fat.

    2) As water weight will effect my numbers on the scale, how will I know If ive gained water weight or fat?

    3) With a lean bulk how long does it take to see a good difference?
