    What can I do to break this stall?

    Have been stalled out on my progress for a month now. I take a deload every 8th week( a whole week off) just so I don’t over train but this past month just can’t gain strength and looking more flab then muscle lately. I’m 5’7 Eating about 2500 cals a day and around 160 g of protein at 155lbs. I’m doing 5/3/1 for my main lifts but then a more body building reps and sets for the accessories. What should I do to break this plateau
    Definitely not 48 I’m 21 idk how to change

    This. Need to know how your workout is structured and how much rest/sleep you are getting. You may be overtraining as well, without adequate recovery.
