Soft and jiggly lower belly after weight loss..

So 3 years ago I lost alot of weight , around 33lbs.

After years I have gathered alot of information about dieting and macros, i count my calories and keep track of my macros. I workout 5 times a week.

    Currently : 5'8 and 160lbs (73kg)

Atm im cutting, but My lower belly has became soft and jiggly after the weight loss, it is only a little bit tight in the morning, after eating and drinking its like pudding...

I cant send a link to a picture, just imagine like the lower part of the belly around and below the belly button is just soft and squishy

Im just so sad that my belly is always soft and it seems kinda loose. What can I do? Do i need surgery?

It sounds like it's just fat. 5'8" and 160 lbs is borderline overweight for the average person unless you have a decent amount of muscle mass. Fat in the midsection is often the last to go for most people.

Losing that 33 pounds shouldn't have given you loose skin, but a photo would help that assessment. Try cutting calories to lose more fat.

Building muscle always helps too. Whatever fat remains always shows better on a muscular frame.
    No fat chicks

    ^^^^ What he said...

Fat loses its density as it comes off, so if you still have something soft and jiggly it means that you have more fat to lose.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
