    Should I cut or keep slow bulking???

    I have bulked up from 145lbs to 184lbs for around the 2 year mark now and I'm lost on where I should go from here. Should I keep bulking into the 190s or should I cut down ??.
    Does my physique look terrible for 2 years work?


    Lifts: 5ft 10 and 184lbs

    Squat:142kg 1rm
    Bench: 97kg 1rm
    Deadlift:145kg (injury held me back)
    OHP: 68kg: 1rm
    Chin up: 22kg 1rm

    By looking at your photo my opinion is that you gained mostly fat from your bulk. I’d RE cut and start over with fewer calories and review your training which I have a feeling is sub par as your photo shows a lack of muscle for a 2 year training period
    If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough

    Don't want to sound like a ******* but for 2 years work I think you have very bad results muscle mass wise what workout routine do you do? Do you overload?
