    Help On what to Improve?

    I know I need to improve a lot but i'm not sure with what, I know I already have very developed arms and shoulders. I think I need to work my chest any advice appreciated.

    Hi man.

    You have a good physique.

    However, I do think you need to improve your chest and especially your upper pecs.

    Also, traps are a lacking point IMO.

    No picture of the legs either - can you post one as well?

    And lastly - what kind of program are you running - is it a bro split, powerbuidling routine, 5x5 etc?

    Look pretty good, I would keep doing the basics, compound exercises: bench, squat, standing and seated calf raises, deadlift, pull-ups, barbell curls, dips and shoulder press @ 8-10 reps then chuck in some isolation exercises @12-20 reps and you will keep building the basics. Just make sure you train everything and leave nothing out.
