    Should I keep cutting or bulk now (with pics)?

    I'm male, 24, 5'6" tall (167.64cm) and 130lbs (58.9kg).

    I cut from 140lbs in mid-September. I've included images (front, back, legs and my goal physique).

    Should I continue cutting or bulk? I'm at maintenance right now. Thanks.

    If it's relevant, my flat bench (barbell) is 140lbs and my squat is 210lbs (both 5 reps).

    I'm also using the Reddit Linear PPL program.

    Bulk even at 5'6 that's very light mate bulk it up

    Based on the goal photo, you have a ways to go. I'd suggest bulking to reach your goal quicker. If you don't like the fat that comes with bulking, try a clean bulk.

    Start with a TDEE that will have you gaining 2-3lbs per month and adjust it as required. If you're putting on too much fat, reduce calories. If you feel you could put on more muscle, add calories.
    The only way to do something is to do it

    Okay, thanks. I'll go ahead and bulk. What weight do you think I should bulk up to before cutting, considering my goal physique?

    Just trying to set a goal in MyFitnessPal and thought I'd ask first. Want to make sure I'm not holding myself back (muscle building potential). I was thinking 145-150lbs.

    You look awesome for being only 130lbs, carrying a lot more muscle than you think.

    Absolutely bulk, you have the genetics for it.

    To obtain the physique in the "goal" photo of that album, at 5'6, you'd be roughly 160lbs @ 10% body fat.

    A good marker is 15% over your target goal weight, so if it's 160lbs, slow-bulk to 175lbs and then cut down if desired.
