How to get from my actual look to this one?

    Hi,

So Im 24 y/o 6'2" and I weight around 170lbs, I've been carrying these love handles for some years and I've said enough is enough. This is the year I'm getting rid of it. I've actually started to do more lifting and reduce cardio but maybe it's lack of motivation, or the nutrition. I actually think I eat really healthy, most of veggies fruits fish, lean meat, maybe it's the carbs that it's kinda hard for me to avoid them.

I'd really appreciate some help, how many times per week should I do weights? should i try to not eat carbs at all? what's the best workout?

    Thanks a lot

I would still eat plenty of carbs but first thing in the morning, then slowly cut back throughout the day, last meal no carbs.

Definitely wouldn't worry too much about your macro nutrients. You should focus more so on just getting yourself onto a healthy deficit (-200kcal) and bump up the cardio. It really isn't too difficult, just requires consistency. More lifting won't really help your sides. It'll help build some muscle but ultimately you should focus on getting rid of the fat whilst still working on lifting to retain/thicken muscle.
