    Exclamation Hello!

    Hello everyone,

    I’m a rookie in the fitness world, i’ve started going to gym recently and it’s almost been 2 weeks i’m definitely seeing results already which i love & it’s inspiring me to continue to push myself to become more envisioned in the fitness world, I’ve always been the chubby kid my whole life especially my teens where my weight would continuously fluctuate between the 200 and 225 pound mark, I’m currently 20 years old as of january 19th 2020

    I currently stand at 76kg (168 pounds)

    I have a lot to learn about fitness and nutrition and i’m willing to go the extra mile & achieve results!

    I look forward to being apart of this community
