What doctor to see for knee pain?

My knees feel tight and sensitive when I squad. Which doctor do I see about this? Physical therapist, orthopedist, who? Here's a video of my squat for reference.

Orthopedic Surgeon. He/she will diagnose and then direct you to a PT if the issue can be fixed without surgery

Thank you. I went to see one and he said there was some mild damage, but nothing that needed surgery. I've done some physical therapy, but it hasn't seemed to help for as soon as I started squatting again, I felt pain.

I'm wondering if there is an issue with my form. Did you get a chance to see my video? Do you see any issues? I know the video could probably be better, but I'm new to filming these, so any advise I can get would be helpful. Thanks!
