    Loose fat and gain muscle

Basicaly title, is it possible to do it at the same time? If you consume macros on spot in terms of protein carbs and fats. keep working out hard and keep progressing on lifts, can you gain muscle and still loose excess fat?

    thanks.

Under certain conditions, losing fat and gaining muscle is possible. The process is called body recomposition.
The only way to do something is to do it

People often try this hoping that it will be quicker. It often turns out to be slower. Muscle gain is slowed by being in a calorie deficit - and may halt altogether. It can also be hard to tell if it has halted because strength can carry on increasing (up to a point) and body composition tests are all horribly inaccurate so they can't be relied on.

So you could end up just doing a really slow fat loss diet...

You won't regret doing concerted lean bulk phases followed by fat loss phases IMO.
