    First month of weight training progress

    I've been training for 1 month and this is my progress so far
    started at 70kg and now 73kg weighing my self at the same time every morning, trying to maintain a 3500 calorie a day diet while getting in the protein

    chest - 35 inches to 38 inches
    arms - 12.5 inch to 13.5 inches
    I think creatine has a lot to do with those changes though

    I try to train 4-5 days a week doing a push, pull, legs
    also note I am 180 cm tall

    No supplements.

    Time under tension (TUT) 40 second sets.

    Progressive overload.

    No EGO.....bodybuilding is not about impressing yourself, your friends, other people in the gym.

    95% chance everything you read in a BB mag is totally wrong.
