    Update.

Didn't fit well, so I returned them.

I ordered a pair of Adidas Powerlift 4 and a pair of Adidas Power Perfect 3.

Let's see which one fits best and that will be the one I'd keep. Power Perfect 3s were 30 % off, so I am getting them for around $100.

I have all three shoes you have mentioned.

I think the Roms are the nicest ones in terms of overall features, especially the midfoot strap and upper construction.

That said, I never use them b/c the heel height seems to put my shin too far forward on my ACL deficient right knee when doing squats, I have the same issue w/adidas at a similar heel hight, but is less pronounced on video when I have reviewed it.

While the Powerlift 4 is probably the lowest quality of the 3 shoes, the low heel works best for setting my knees and shin in low bar...thus would be my pick of three for personal utility over quality.

If you're looking for a .5 heel that is more robust, I would suggest Position USA R1 (if they will ship to you)...the outsole material could be a bit more grippy if nitpicking, but the wood heel and low height are great.

    ^Thanks for your answer.

I ended up getting the Romaleos as they seemed to fit the best although the size on all 3 shoes was the 'same'.

I have narrow feet, so they do indeed fit perfectly. Next lower body day is on Monday, so I will report how those have felt.

But overall, the quality on the Powerlifts wasn't there IMO. Power perfects were better quality but I went the Romaleos also because of the looks/aesthetics and the much better quality/material

So first lower day is over.

I must say the Romaleos are awesome. Felt very secure and stable during the lifts, and also upright.

Squatted 3x3 with a bit above 90 % and before that warmed up for several sets to get the overall feeling of the shoes. Did a set of light front squats too, at the end.

Very happy with the purchase and looking forward to my next lower day, this Friday.

Overall I recommend the Romaleos if you're a person who incorporates Olympic lifting in your routine and/or squat (back and front) at least 2-3 times a week and are serious about lifting, in general.
