    logs for third 30 day drastic cut program (January 2019) with lots of cardio

    By popular request I am putting some logs here.

    I don't want to necessarily spam this page daily, so I made a google sheet where I track some of my information:

    I'll try to update it daily. My goal is to continue to do everything I've been doing in the first and second drastic cutting 30-day challenges.

    However, I have chosen to do cardio in a fasted state (this may also help reduce Calories as a compliance regime), and then eat immediately after my workouts.

    My primary goal is to lower my bodyfat percentage while retaining (or - and obviously this may be impossible - growing) the amount of muscle.

    In the second one I'm unflexed and not pumped in both.

    Overall this experiment went okay; I'm in better shape than ever before. However, I dropped only just 1 percentage point of fat in the past 30 days, to end at 15.6%. My goal was much lower.

    I am not going to continue this program in just this way, but will make changes now based on community feedback.
