    How many times a week ?

    I guys I go gym 5 times a week and have an intense session every time. I’m noticing ok gains but not sure weather 5 times a week is enough to get huge gains or if I should hit the gym 6/7 times a week ?

    It's not only about hitting the gym often, its about hitting the gym correctly! 5 should be more than enough if you change up the muscle groups and take enough rest! and eat properly!

    3 times a week maybe 4 if i was slacking off one day.
