    GF"s firm's diversity training says....

    that Indian(as in New Delhi) people don't count as "minorities" but rather count as white people. I mean I get the historical relation to Caucasians etc but damn. this is what they were pushing in their latest "diversity and inclusion classes" aka less white people class.

    I can't wait for this idea to get around the "woke" ones. I guess it's really true that eventually the left will begin to eat their own.

    HTF do you know what the racial makeup of the "pool" of corporate executive aspirants and politicians is? There's litterally ZERO chance this "pool" is as skewed to white's (mainly men) as the actual % of the people that hold those positions.

    I'd disagree immensely. Call it a plausible guess, based on the percentage of whites vs minorities working in those industries and the demographics of the USA as a whole, which is roughly 12-14% black.

    Blacks make up almost 75% of NBA players but you don't see conservatives as a collective complaining, because it makes sense considering how many worthy black college players there are compared to whites.

    Or, you can sit there like the dishonest man you are and suggest that corporate employees and political aspirants are predominantly minorities and therefore being treated unfairly. Or.... you can suggest we appoint arbitrarily based on proportions and skin color, because we all know how much your party prioritizes race over meritocracy.

    My absolute FAVORITE is when white liberals try to preach to me about how oppressive and underrepresented my race is.

    Uh boyo, the 75% you quoted is not that far off from the percentage of whites in the US. However there are 3 black fortune 500 CEOs and as I noted white men make up 66% of directorships despite not being close to 66% of the labor pool.

    How do you explain this?
