    How to do workout the office against lower back pain?

    I’m looking for ideas to avoid lower back pain – what would you recommend to avoid it and what are your experiences?

    Working in an Office nearly 15 years, I gained a bit of weight and lower backpain has really become an issue. I already tried out some exercises at home like “wall sits” and “bird dog” which is fine but at the office the pain returns after a few hours ;(

    I use a height adjustable standing desk and stand up around 2 hours a day but still the issue persists!

    You need a more extensive plan than that. A few small exercises are not going to make a real difference.
