Why is my incline so much weaker than my flat bench?

Hey guys, I’ve gotten my flat bench press to 95kg (@16 years old, 178cm 72kg BW)after around 1 year of training, whereas my incline is only at 70kg. My other pressing movements seem to be progressing fine (60kg OHP, weighted dips 20kg x 5 reps). Is there anything I can do to fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Different muscle groups. It's in the middle between bp and ohp.

    Probably your triceps need develpment.

The higher angle shifts more leverage to the shoulders and triceps.
If your bodybuilding i suggest a lower angle incline about 30 degrees or so.
If you want to get stronger on inclines then focus just on incline pressing.

I did exactly this and, take your guess, my incline have surpassed flat bench, by far. Took less than a year.

Why the lower incline for bodybuilding?

Flat bench sticking point tells me my triceps are lagging, so would this still be a good idea?
