    Am i doing it right?

    I have been working out vigorously for two days in a row (pushups, situps, high intensity interval training, and other upper body exercises) and already my arms (i think mainly my biceps and triceps), my thighs, and lower abdomen are very sore. I took today off to help me recover; however today I did stretches.

    My next question is what pre- and post-workout snacks would you recommend to a 19 year old who is just starting to develop healthier habits? Btw i am skinnyfat.

    Oh and side note: if u saw a simliar post from another user, my old email got stolen by somebody and joined the forum with it. But this is the real me. My name is Trent.

    Edit: my age keeps popping up as 49, how do i change it to 19?
