How many more Lbs until my bottom abs come in?

    Hello all!
So my goal is to keep cutting until I have a full six pack, I'm not after a certain body fat %. Below are a few pics of me. I have a 4 pack.
And Currently 141lbs, I'm 5ft6, I know I have the bottom 2 abs I can feel them. I just don't know how much more lbs of fat I need to drop..
If anyone could give me a estimate of around what bodyweight I will have a full six pack that would be awesome!
My guess is I'll half to keep cutting until I get to about 137 or 138lbs. idk tho, please help!!

Honestly you look pretty lean already...you may need to build up your abs more for them to be really defined.

I agree - there comes a point where if the muscle isn't big enough to show through the skin, continued dieting will just result in muscle loss. Don't shortchange your entire physique for the sake of abs. Do some mass gain.

I agree. Your body fat is around 10-12%, getting lower than that would be hard, unhealthy and counter-productive.
Continue bulking, abs will show at 15% when they are thick enough.

As everyone else has said you will need a mass building phase in order to build a complete physique.

Dont be one of these people who aim for abs and forget about the rest of their physique.

Most likely for you to have full six pack abs you will need to go to single digit fat which I highly don't advise.

Basically what everyone else said. I evetually gave up on the 6 pack dream - still had a quite a bit of lower belly fat despite being lean everywhere else. Furthermore, my abs are just not my strong point. I could have carried on, but to the detriment of every other muscle and my overall health and sanity.

Take a look at the attached photo.

Do those abs look like the best abs you've ever seen? Far from it. And yet that is one of the best physiques the world has ever seen. Moral of the story: abs aren't everything.

Stop chasing abs. You don’t have them Developed enough. Continued cutting will only make you skinny with no abs. Go into a calorie surplus on a proven weight training program and do a good amount of heavy direct ab work and next time you diet down you’ll have a better chance of having abs
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough

At your current body fat level, if you had developed abs they'd be showing through more.

Just listen to the advice in this thread, focus on muscle growth and do direct ab work for a while, next cut hopefully they'll be popping more.

Abs are also genetic to an extent, not everyone is working with the same factors...some people have them naturally and some have to work really hard on them...some have them show at higher body fat % and some need to get to single digits...but generally if you're lean enough to not have love handles and have shape to your arms (which looks like you are), you'd be lean enough to see the abs.

You don't need to get huge and I guarantee you wont. You take in calories just slightly over maintenance and use a good training program and you'll add muscle and little fat.

As mentioned abs are mostly genetic as far as how much training they'll need to be developed. Some guys don't even need direct work and some guys need a lot. Regardless, they won't grow without proper nutrition. Too many guys only work abs when cutting and that's totally backwards.
