    Help

    Hey so I'm starting up my gym membership again but I ran into a problem, so a couple months ago I completely tore my acl in my right knee during jiu Jitsu class. Now that I'm going to the gym I need a workout routine that has no leg day (my physio gave me a list of home workouts to do for my knee) anyone that's had the same or similar experience to mine that could possibly link me to a workout plan. Thanks

    I would until you heal up use machines so you don't have to balance anything.
    If you already covering legs at home the maybe upper body circuits with machine work.
    A movement for each body part chest,back,shoulders,biceps, triceps.
