    Workout for shoulder - am i doing wrong pls advise

    guys which is best workout for shoulder building


    have seen different videos on utube and many different views some say bad about a particualr workout and some say its better so thought of asking on this forum

    i do machine shoulder press

    arnold press

    side raise

    front raise --- some say its bad for shoulder so din do it

    barbell raise -- athelen x says its bad so avoided it


    shurgs -- i do it .. but some say its bad

    please advise which are best workouts for shoulder and building huge collar muscles

    I do seated military press with the barbell behind my neck.
    Lateral raises.
    Rear delt raises.
    Front raises.
    Shrugs.

    Sometimes i replace military press with Arnold press or regular dumbbell shoulder press.

    In the end, anything can be ''bad'' for your body. But if you don't get any injuries or issues doing a certain exercise with good form, then you have nothing to worry about.

    so many ambiguities when we see utube fitness guys videos

    also is the shoulder press machine anygood?

    and rowing machine for shoulder

    my gym has those

    il definielty try themilitary shoulder press in my workout thanks bro

    Front raise- Arnold did them and that’s good enough for me.

    Barbell raise- I think you mean high pull front raise. I used to do em regular, my shoulders are healthy and very strong.

    Shrugs- who says no? How else you gonna build traps? I love em and can go super heavy.

    All your other exercises are good. I love working shoulders. The width you can build really makes for that V taper look.

    The only thing i say stay away from is behind the neck press.
