seems kinda complicated to me with all the different circuit things and HIIT. no matter how much you exercise, you need to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight. now, you obviously want to do what works the best for you, but i'd say the "easiest" way (assuming you don't want to lift weights) is to be in a caloric deficit and challenge your muscles with something like bodyweight exercises

i guess my point is that you seem to be missing the nutrition aspect and the workout seems like one of those "MAGICAL FAT LOSS ROUTINE FOR BEGINNERS" type of things

i m on a calorie deficit diet plan

    and those circuits include

Circuit 1 - body weights like - jumpjacks, mountain climbers, high knees etc
    Circuit 2 - using Dumbell
Circuit 3 - using medicine ball
    Circuit 4 - using Landmine

each circuit has 6 different exercise 30 Sec ON and 15 Sec OFF rest between circuits 1 min

i perform these each 4 circuits once not repeating it
