    Education of a Bodybuilder

This was Arnold’s book at the beginning he stated that he and his partner would do 20 rep squats in an I go, you go fashion.

That and the fact that he worked up to a 700lb dead is how he got to 250lb and eating.

Nuff said, it’s that easy. But still hard work.

No doubt that high rep, heavy squats have built a lot of muscle, but Arnold also used some supplements that we can't discuss here to "assist" him

Yeah, keep thinking that was the key to his success.

Maybe not the key, but definitely a prerequisite.

Complete rubbish. All of you are wrong
The magic number of squats is 11 not more, not less.

Count how many Arnold makes Ed Corney do in that last set, 11 reps!

This is why bodybuilding today is nowhere near the golden age, it was the move from 11 to sets of 10, that totally destroyed the magic numbers and people's gains have suffered ever since. But we need to keep this secret, keep this one quiet - just you guys, me and the internet, nobody else need know, OK?
Faith in Jesus first and faith in squats second.
Then other details will start to slot themselves into place.
Diet restarted, target 69.x Kg, progress poor so far :(
