    How is my low bar squat form? [VIDEO]

    Sorry for quality, it was sent to me via text and that changed the quality.

    405 for a double at the end of my leg day, very fatigued at this point.

    225 bodyweight @ 6'3"

    290 bench
    465 squat
    570 deadlift
    200 OHP

    Looks good. Definitely don't need to get that low. Your hips come up before your chest, so try to keep the chest higher out of the hole. You could benefit from more low back and ab work, GMs or SSB squats.

    Good depth. What's your weight here? What do you think you can run a 40 in ?
    320 LB cheating leg curl for 1 rep at 6'0 and 224.
