Help! Bad squat form and need advice from Powerlifters/weightlifters!

I have this weird tilt to the side on my lower back on the concentric portion of the squat. I squat high bar and basically ATG. I will try to post a video on the future. Could the lower back/glute tilt be due to a tight muscle, musclar/strength imbalance?

    1. Make sure you are centered on the bar. I have shoulder mobility issues that sometimes make it hard for me to know when I am centered and it causes me to shift to one side. Have a friend check when you get under the bar to make sure you are centered.
    2. Do you have a good reason to think it's an imbalance? Ever have an injury to one side? Diagnosed with scoliosis or other skeletal issue? Ever participate in a single-side dominant sport (pitching, javelin, place kicker, etc?)
    3. Doing a proper warmup prior to lifting?

Would really help to see a video.
